Lovely wine. Kabinett is very big in Germany these days. White cherries, rocks with a perfectly balanced palate of minerals, rainer cherries and on so juicy. So clean and just perfect for right now.

This is a new wine for the U.S: Kabinett in addition to the Trocken. Delicious elderflower, a touch of RS, but still good acid. I just wanna suck this down with a triple creme cheese.

VDP Nahe Kabinett
Flintstone, honey, petrol, quince and cooked pineapple.
Juicy balance of great acidity and light sweetness. Nice cucumber and apple aftertaste. Cleansing style, great with sushi.
