Not sure what wine everyone else is talking about, but this is bright, light and refreshing. Not much yeasty, bread dough character. More Linear and precise, with green apple, quince, fresh flowers, fine bubbles and great acid. Very easy going and pleasing.

This is a brut sparkling wine from France made with 100% Pinot Noir. It had a golden pink hue. It was good, but had an upfront taste that seemed sour which went away quick and left you with a slight fruity taste. Was clean and light. $40. Wine Styles.
