Mar 11th, 2015Delicate and fresh and lovely. Off dry, with a slightly oily texture that finishes clean. Soft citrus and hints of powdery florals. Very more-ish and also versatile - working beautifully with a tasty blue cheese tonight and would suit spicy Asian food also.
