Green pepper and a little bit of earthy spice there on the nose. Flatter on the palate with some green pepper and cassis.

Nice value blend. Mostly Merlot I believe. Some pepper, some vanilla, and a tad of dark fruits. Oh that's Babbalooey in the background.

Smoothed out quickly. Little lacking on the finish, otherwise very pleasant. Update - greatly improved on day 2...revealed much more

Delicious berry-forward, peppery red blend. Great on its own, even better with food

I agree with a lot of the other reviews on here. Not sure if I picked up the specific green pepper, but there's definitely an earthy, pepper spice to it. My wife actually described it as 'Home Depot lumber aisle.' After breathing for awhile, it really mellows out and is much more smooth. There some vanilla or chocolate on the nose as well.
