This is an unoaked stainless steel tank fermented version of Californian Chard from Mendocino County. This is unfortunately a charmless rendition of the grape variety. Muted fruits expressing hints of lemon, apple, asian pear. Medium acidity. Burning sensation aftertaste with traces of peach and apricot. Short.
