Finca Meixeman Ribeira Sacra Mencía

A new favorite of mine is the mencia grape from Ribeira Sacra. Here in the shape of Guimaro from producer Pedro Manuel Rodriguez. The wine is fresh, deep, complex, and spicy. Delicious.
