Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon

Last vintage ever 😞

Ripe with black cherry, earth, herbs, and soft tannins. Acidity gives it lift.

Not your typical wine for mid Aug evening but it was enjoyable. Bright black and red fruits with light herbs and green tobacco.

Such aperfect Atlanta night on the deck for thos special wine I learned about from the wine maker.

Excellent nose with taste of currants blackberries Excellent finish

Sweet dark fruits, tobacco and touch of mint. Medium body with soft tannins. A bit too much oak. Don't see much improvement with continued aging.
