Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon

Stored in my passive cellar since release. Cork was perfect. Loads of tobacco, cedar chest and black cherry on the nose. Black cherries, currants and olive tapenade on the palate. Tannin has completely integrated. Drink now.

Wine #4 - did not sing mountain fruit. What's the point of being on the mountain?

This 1998 wine aged well. Dark, earthy,and subtle fruit. I have one bottle left

Ripe with black cherry, earth, herbs, and soft tannins. Acidity gives it lift.

Just pulled from the cellar for after Thanksgiving dinner. Nice Big Fruit on this 2003 Vintage. Enjoyed November 25, 2016.

Not your typical wine for mid Aug evening but it was enjoyable. Bright black and red fruits with light herbs and green tobacco.
