Victorian Claret North Coast Red Blend

Guenoc/Langtry are constantly changing their labels and branding, not that this is confusing to their consumers or anything 😾

Still, this Claret is reliable vintage after vintage; a triumph of the vinting and mixing arts over the slings and arrows thrown by outrageous nature.

This wine has the expected slight oak with cherry mocha fruits and a smooth drinkable body.

Too much clunky oak IMHO on day one. Day two it had integrated a little more

Tasty, complex, and smells of leather

Chocolatey. 🤷‍♀️ Took a bit to open up, but quickly got up to velvety, medium bodied goodness. Drinks pretty great on its own. Almost don't want to pair it with anything.
