Understated - very much easy sipping and still enjoyable. Light sweetness on back need. Beautiful golden color. Peach and possibly another stone fruit. Sweet fragrance. Very easy go to. Wonderful for dessert - not too sweet and not dry.

Thrilled to be surprised with Gruet. A nice crisp bubbly with some minerality and a hint of sweet.
