Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

On the decline.

Past its prime but still drinkable. Cork crumbled but wine held up pretty well. Lost some of its punch.

so much oak. so little interest.

Very quaffable for a 24yr wine! Missed this at the back of the cellar, but did not disappoint. Ripe, fruit forward and still very drinkable.

Aged very well for an '02. Definitely taste the age, but still very good. The longer it breathes, the better it gets.

Imperial baby. Six liters of pure hammered bliss.
