A very smooth, full-bodied Petite Sirah. Grgich calls it a Petit Verdot because it is made with Verdot grapes. A good reason, I suppose, but it tastes like a Petit Sirah. Smoother, perhaps, but still as full bodied as a Petite Sirah.
