Straw, lees/saline/sea salt, fresh yellow delicious apple, gravelly on the palate, creamy texture bc malo. creme fraiche. Vanilla, butter, baking spices from new oak. Mendoza clone aka Wente clone, Brancott Valley, native yeast, barrel fermented, 18 months in 35% new barrel.

Pleasant Chardonnay ($27), good with salmon but preferred Muscadet - clean and less oaky. Would prefer Chardonnay with chicken / turkey.
