Interesting and fun wine. Nose of red fruits, mint/menthol, and touch of cedar. Palate adds prunes, dried berries and a nice acidity. Tannins are completely resolved, and approach bare perception. Given the riper fruit notes, the lighter abv (13.5), make for a fascinating glass. Would like to taste this next to Monte Bello.

I was not on love with this wine. To me, a strange expression of Cabernet for one so young. Starting to show prune, figs & dates for a wine only 6 years old. Lean; prunes, blackberries, olives, green bean and light white pepper. Little in the way of earth or wood use. Not my glass of wine.

Woah! This was amazing! Rich, soft, smooth! Almost tasted like their was a little appassimento action happening here! Love it!

Black olive nose. Great acid structure with saline and intense blackberry jam on the palate. Superb.
