May 13th, 2020Pours a dark ruby, with surprising depth for its age. Nose is curiously more red fruited than the deep color might suggested. Not super complex today, but feels like it will have more life in the bottle to develop into a firmly structured, stony rendition of Gamay. It should offer good transparency and a slightly conflicted character between ripeness and firmness.

Apr 7th, 2020This is offering all of the bracing red fruits; cranberry, pomegranate, cherry. Medium bodied with resolved tannins. This is in a great place and can take more bottle age. I have 1 or 2 more bottles, should I wait or enjoy it's charms now?
