Light in color. Odd for a chambourcin and is a rusty red like it may be a bit oxidized. Flavor is ok a bit acidic with no tannins. Not bad not great.

Not sure what happened here. This has turned into a sparkling chambourcin. Something went wrong in the bottle

Tastes like you are eating a grape with thick skin. Sounds gross, but it’s excellent. Pairs well with dark chocolate.

Tasted a little like vinegar. Not nearly as good as the taste I had at the winery.
