Really enjoying this summer white from Grassini Family Vineyards! Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc, this one is aged 2 years in French Oak which added a hint of creaminess that we found interesting and exciting. Yes, the acidity is still there too. Also, a nice homage to the crew on the label who made it. Well done!
