Grant Burge Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV. Good fruit, moderate acid, honeysuckle notes on the nose and sweet honeyed notes on the mid palate, pleasantly dry finish. Needed a bit of airing but the bubbles dissipated quickly, after less than 10 mins in the glass.
