I don't have much experience tasting PM but to give you an idea of what this tastes like it's a cross to me of ripe Viognier and Semillon....waxy, sharp acids with a noticeable, albeit slight hint of RS. Curious if this had Malo or the orange wine possibilities here...no point rating as I have not tasted enough to know what is a good PM.

A Cabernet Franc. On the dry side, but not too dry. Would pair excellent with a steak. It's peppery.
