Wonderful left field wine from Jura almost like a white burgundy with an oxidative twist. Hard to accurately describe other than being wild and slightly thrilling with plenty of body and weight to be complex yet perfectly refreshing - remarkable stuff I think!

Some classic Jura Chardonnay feetiness to it; killer with cheese. We're having some Ossau-Iraty and they are getting on like a house on fire.
