Mid Lemon in colour. Aromas of Lime and White flowers. Very citric - Lime and Lemon with mouth puckering acidity. Obviously built for the cellar, but hard work at present. In contrast the Wynns Riesling tasted last Thursday was much more drink now from the same vintage and more enjoyable. As a pure cellaring Riesling - others preferred.

Crisp, lemony/lime, limestone and minerally with a hint of honeydew melon, acidic. A little effervescent at the front. We like this, could imagine eating with Thai food! Nice on a spring afternoon!
