Certainly a pleasure and undoubtedly the finest Spanish sparkler we’ve had the pleasure to drink. Aromas began to show an hour in. Toasted bread, lemon curd, softer mousse, bitterness on the finish. Beautiful work.

Oct 16th, 2021This is the best Cava I have ever had, even if it calls itself a Corpinnat. Great yeasty flavors and nose. Nice bubbles. Still, at its high price, there is no comparison with Champagne.
