Like many Gramercy wines, this is a bit tight & reserved at first. It yields to a beautiful mix of blackberry & tobacco on both nose and palate as it opens. They may be better known for their Syrah bottling, but they are a consistently great Cabernet producer vintage after vintage.

Not having much experience with Washington Cabernets...and somewhat disappointed in some that I have tried...this is a yummy surprise!
Light on tannins..great balance..somewhat jammy..saddle leather..earth..tart cherries..and expresso!
