Aroma rich smokey meat. Some alcohol. Cider. Tastes of dark fruits. Plum black berries. But not sweet. Smoky and leathers. Great structure. Good body. Wonderful wine. I can't get enough of this.

Old World style nose with smoky earth notes. The palate is dry, smoky and spicy, bringing black cherry, mushroom, white pepper, BBQ and leather. Medium body with a velvety mouthfeel and gripping tannins. Lingering finish of bitter black cherry and campfire.
