Love this producer from Sicily !
Fresh style, beautiful dark fruit, nice texture, soft tannins. Great lunch wine or any time wine :-)

開店した年の記念VT。
少しガーネット色。もう少し甘さのある感じかと思いきや、結構ドライというか冷涼感のある味わいで、すごく繊細で透明感のある印象。
かと言って、厳格かとかタイトかと言われたらそんなことはなく、すごく優美でスムーズな感じ。
ホワイトペッパーや、白い花、ドライフラワー。

エリオアルターレのバローロ アルボリーナ2014の雰囲気にかなり近い。
グラーチがバローロのコレクターらしいし、実際に味わい的にもベンチマークとしているのかも。

Very strong site expression here. Would love to taste this across multiple vintages. Very bright and focused.

Very bright and precise. I just love the high altitude Etna. Red fruit and good acid. Needed a couple hours to show its best.

2010 vintage from top of my Edna. Smooth. Like velvet. Excellent

Really showed well. 2009 vintage. Described as the Burgundy of Sicily by the Somm. Interesting wine.
