Simple, lemons and green apples, searing acidity. Still hard to find a compelling reason to go all in on this varietal. There is definitely potential there, but a lack of fruit concentration and aromatic complexity is a real hindrance at the moment it seems.

これはいい。透き通るような透明感のある紫色。フレッシュな香り。軽い酸味と、繊細で軽やかな味わい。マスカットベリーA、甲州ノワール、カベルネソーヴィニヨンとメルロー。

I seriously do not know what is going on with this wine... A cabernet sauvignon and franc with muscat that delivers like pinot noir.. Weird, right? The acidity is quite dominant, but enjoyable. Might go very well with snaper (v2010)
