Plums, blackberries and peppery goodness! One of my favorites from Goosecross.

Cellared for 8 years and is drinking extremely well. Nose reminds me of ocean, oysters, complex dark fruit with a hint of barnyard, ham and chocolate. Velvety mouth feel and long finish and a definite delicious factor. Cheers.
