Always a special treat to attend the Wednesday Wine Committee. The hosts always bring out excellent wines!

This wine wanted me to like it badly. At first I thought, give it time, and it will come around. While it did get better, not overly so. May be entering a sleeping stage where it needs some time away. I've had a few things from Goosecross and been pleased, so there is quality here.
