This was phenomenal. Great quality American lambic. The cherry, wine barrel and Brett work so well together.

Another fantastic beer, this one from Goose Island. Just enough cherry to add some complexity (MUCH better than the Petrus Aged Red that we also has that I am not posting - way too sweet), this is a fantastic new world version of a lambic. Terrific beer.

Wow, this is fantastic. Terrific tartness with a hint of sour cherry and great complexity. Reminds me a bit of the Jolly Pumpkin Rojzilla, but finishes a bit cleaner. Probably the best Goose Island I've ever had.
