Smoky, chocolatey! Notes of vanilla and caramel. Oaky, you can definitely taste that it was aged in bourbon barrels. Makes me suddenly wanna make a float. Super strong at 14.7 ALC/Vol. This ain’t for the lightweight. I’m here for this and might even have one of these in lieu of coffee or dessert after dinner.

Dec 31st, 2015Almost four years of age has mellowed out nicely. Still has a the bourbon hear letting you know it's there, but drinking very nice. Was a great finish to the night (and may have been a bad idea).
