Delicious as always. Rich creamy sweet but balanced. Alcohol is coming to check. Delicious with it espresso next to it

Jan 31st, 2015Smooth, creamy, nutty, chocolatey, bourbon-y, heavy body, but can certainly taste the high test alcohol. :)

More in balance young than the last few vintages. Alc is more integrated.

Excellent mouthfeel--most BBA stouts never come close to this level of viscosity. Consumed 6 months after release and it's already showing more coffee/chocolate. Excellent.

Fantastic despite InBev. Wine-like whiskey on the nose. Taste is the usual boozy coffee chocolate bourbon barrel-softened stout. Complex and long-lasting as always.
