Turn that hemisphere on its ear. Celebrate autumn below the belt! Baked and squashy, but definitely not squishy. Grainy brown sugar, polenta, and roasted calabaza top to bottom. Palate-wise a bit simple and tending toward flat RC cola. I may have held it too long for its own good.
