La Font du Vent Les Promesses Côtes du Rhône Red Rhone Blend
Light yellow in color with a golden hue.
Nose of citrus, limes, green apples, white flowers, honey, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices and white pepper.
Medium bodied with medium acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Tangy and earthy finish with bitter almonds.
This is a nice white blend from Côtes du Rhône. Easy drinking, refreshing, and good right out of the bottle. Shows an interesting nose.
A good food wine that I paired with cheeses and crackers. Paired very nicely with smoked white fish.

After trying all 3 of #thetcwineclub bottles this month, this white blend from France's Côtes du Rhône region would have to be the favourite for my palate.
Very pale elegant yellow colour in the glass with subtle notes of white flowers, touch of honey and lemon curd on the nose. The palate is soft and silky with a nice delicate texture. There's upfront fruitiness which leads to a nice dry 'palate cleansing' finish. I highly enjoyed this vino!
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine
