Bought in Boulder. Drank with Elissa’s Shakshuka. Really good pairing with the tomatoes and eggs. Semi-dry, dark fruit, hint of spice, mild tannins, medium-finish. There’s a mild pleasant vegetal taste that I couldn’t identify while drinking. The more I have, the more it tastes like lavender. I like it.
