This is a very nice wine. Solid and round. Yeasty nose with a bit of fruit. Good bubbles. Ripe apple and a quick finish. A good bottle throughout.

A very good example of a typical Brut. Good nose, dry, smooth with pear overtones and perhaps a touch of citrus. A great first wine for Une Femme ‘The Juliette’ produced for Jen Pelka of The Riddler by Gonet-Médeville vineyards. At Parcelle Wine School Feb 11th
