bouquet of fur, static, ripe plum, ripe blackberry, wet wood, chocolate pudding, a little smokey. palate gives rich dark chocolate, cedar, cigarbox, burnt marshmellow, blackcurrants, earth, coffee... beautiful smooth tannins- earthy woody chocolate run through and elevated by a refreshingly high level of acidity.
