Medium garnet with a clear edge, nose of red fruit and fruit forward in the mouth. Medium body at most, much better after recorking back in the wine cooler. Red plum and cherry with a fruit forward but mildly dry taste. Low tannins & acidity. Not bad!

Very respectable budget friendly Pinot Noir produced by Charles Smith and his team. Columbia Valley (WA) fruit. Garnet color with a ruby core. Nice aromas of wet soil, strawberry, and violets. Ripe red cherry and strawberry fruit on the pallet with notes of minerals, fresh green herbs and black olives. Medium bodied with excellent balance. Smooth tannins and nice texture. Really solid and an excellent value.
