Golden Cluster
Coury David Hill Vineyards Old Vine Sémillon
Wax on with zesty lime and green apples, and wax off with a long bitter honeysuckle finish. Pairs well with nutty tomme cheeses, but does well on its own as a Sunday afternoon snack.

Jul 30th, 2016Sleek, mineral, briny, wooly and textural. Fun to taste next to Forlorn Hope Nacre with mussels. Bravo @Jeff Vejr

Jan 20th, 2021Fantastic! Cloudy rich golden hue, mildly sweet but the main palette presence is honeysuckle and lime.

Jun 29th, 2019Had the 16 and 17 side by side. The 16 had more lees-y notes such as cream, vanilla, and fig yet still with a sharp acidity that would be ideal with food. The 17 had more citrus notes and I found the palate to be less focused. Overall the 16 was the winner for me.
