Old, but ripe. Cherries and blackberries and a bit of mocca. No aging tones. No more tanine. It was worth keeping.

Wood chips and strong aerosol aromas. Blackberry, earthy/soil notes coupled with oak undertones. Medium length.

Absolutely delicious! Could be cellared for a bit longer to be excellent....a little young at current but an excellent all-around table wine.

So Bordeaux-like! A lot of soil character, plum and black currant, cigar box and mint leaf.

There's a lot going on here with 6 different varietals but it works. No complexity but a pretty solid QPR if you find yourself at a South African joint like I did tonight.
