예전 오클라호마에서 먹을 땐 도수도 살짝 높고 꼬냑 향이 나는 그런 와인이었는데, 지금은 그때보다 더 드라이한 맛을 느끼게 하는 대신 꼬냑 향이나 이런건 어디갔는지 잘 모르겠다! 하지만 이 정도로도 충분히 좋은 와인 임에는 분명하다!!
