Color of light yellow. Nose of nice ripe tropical fruits, lichee, pineapple, banana, a bit sweet honey, nutty, and strength of alcohol. Nose is actually not bad. Taste is a bit light, dry, some more bits of ripe fruits and good acidity. Aftertaste shows some more suckling acidity and bittersweet rind. Straightforward and on par.

Definitely dry.... and semi sweet.... which I thought was odd. But enjoyable after a long day of family and finding the homestead for grandma. 😊

Our first Israeli wine. Really good! Clean, unoaked Chardonnay with just the right amount of fruit and bracing acidity. Perfect for the blast furnace hot weather we are having.
