Bricking not just on rim. Nice translucent red with accents of brown. Nose is quite pungent with typical rose but also dark fruit. On palate has noticeable prune on opening, which belies the hot vintage. But good acidity and good depth with some nice grip. Quite pleasing. With a bit of time it loses the pruney notes and is getting more complex. Definitely not too old but clearly from a hot vintage. Pretty good although not best Rinaldi by a long way.

Beautiful nose of red cherry fruits, elegant & perfumed, I like the brightness & lift. I can't imagine that this could get better as it is drinking so well.
