Utterly classic with the purest and cleanest flavors of cherries, flowers, and a bit of prosciutto to make this Barbera and not Nebbiolo. Changed over 3 hours, and started showing cloves, other sweet spice, and citrus zest. Very aromatic. My favorite barbera.
