Very pale yellow/straw with a nose of bright pear & green apple. Same tastes in the mouth- very smooth, light acidity and a really good wine.

Fresh, expressive Loire SB - with freshly cut grass, nettle, a bit of green grapefruit and gooseberry, a touch of mint. And the flinty, chalky note of Sancerre.
Fresh & zippy on the palate with bright, juicy acidity, a salty mineral, slightly green backbone and fresh, crunchy gooseberries and maybe a bit of white pear.
Nothing overly sophisticated but this is really well made and highly drinkable.
