A lovely Pouilly-Fumé, having a fine floral nose followed by pallet of limestone rocks tumbled in dried fruit and pressed mountain wildfires. Super long acidic finish with hint of smoke. Conclusion: Oh Yeah!

Комплексное вино, но, к сожалению, несколько разбалансирование. Печёное яблоко, карамель, розмарин.
Высокая минеральность, низкая кислотность, чуть жарко.
Надо дать подышать.

Sight: Crystal pale green yellow, pear-hue.

Nose: Beautiful apricot, wet slate, smoky white floral (?Tuberrose?)

Pallette: dried orange rind, dry apricot marmalade, smoky mineral, white floral kicks off the finish, followed by citrus, followed by dry nutty dry almond skins with dry vanilla-caramel-brown sugar-honey wood-type covered green apples and pears. Melted butter way way into the finish (also a coating texture, ?lees?, reminds me of green pear & butter in Muscadet)

Finish: Very long finish.

Conclusion: Delicious! Happy Holidays!!!

1987 wine for the year I was born! Too much honey notes.
