This is an exciting and delicious wine. It is vibrant and tense, fresh but with depth. It is lively on the tongue and so very refreshing with food.

Смак: 14 алко, наднасичений (неочікувано після аромату), середня+ кислотність, вишневий компот, кизил, довгий післясмак, середній танін, вишня в шоколаді, вугільно-попіловий фініш
Загалом: міцний, солодкуватий, піно з Етни, фруктове, квіткове, чисте, базове, топ за свої гроші

Takes more than a moment to open up (we served too cold). Always one of my favorite entry level etna rossos—so light and delicate. Maybe even too subtle at the moment. Blood orange and cocoa / tabacco dust.

Bright, barely discernible as a red… touch of smoke, tart cherry, chewy green stem-thing but it works. Rustic, lifted, leaving just a hint of heat as it caresses on the way out. Not jammy, not lush, but great food accompaniment.
