Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon

Really nice wine just wished I had time to decant it a couple of hours before dinner to allow it to open up properly. It can use a few more years in the cellar.

2007 Mt. Veeder from Girard. Decanted for over an hour. Great nose, nice mouthfeel and long finish that sails on and on.

Full bodied 14.5%.

Really enjoyed the 2015 vintage. I thought it might be a little too early but it was not. I have been drinking it slowly over the last week, and with every pour, the notes change and it gets better and better.
