Le Grottine Bolgheri Vermentino

High acidity, bright minerality, slight citrus bitterness in undertone. Very structured, but fresh and vibrant.
Notes of creek and cheese, white flowers, stone fruits and orange melon.
Complex and well balanced wine.
Good alone and with see god, or may be white meat as well.
Straw yellow color.

Fresh with citrus and salt undertones....paired perfectly with seafood pasta
