Dolcetto with no edges, this is a friendly and modern version of the grape that has some good acidity to keep it fresh. Perfect pizza and basic pasta wine.

Nose is light and fruity. Taste is nothing like the nose. Very little in the fruit and not sweet, but still very nice across the tongue. Very upfront and then just slips away.
