The Furminth grapes used for this crisp and elegant Hungarian wine comes from the Varadi wineyard on a (inactive) volcano hillside and are fermented with natural yeast in local oak barrels; greenish notes in light yellow color; crisp citrus and lime on the nose along with peaches and red grape fruit; high acids and low alcohol (12%) yield a summer-like fresh crispness with a hint of anise, potpourri, and herbs. Other than an apparent lack of depth and complexity, this was an overall positive experience.

Frisk och mineraldriven furmint. Lite kartig frukt. Päron, vitt fruktkött, blommor. Lite rieslingvibbar. Fin på sina 12%. Kan tjäna på att lagras längre.
